On-Site Attendance on the Day of Announcement

Our in-house Organisational Psychologists and Outplacement Counsellors can be on-site to meet with and provide support to the individuals involved. 

We find that this has the benefit of providing external support to the individual and greatly assisting managers by allowing for the termination meeting to conclude on a more positive note. 

Following the completion of the meetings, we can also be available to conduct a debriefing with each manager involved to assist them manage any concerns or reactions they may experience.
