Work Attitude
This test is designed to reduce counter productive work behaviours by measuring personal integrity and ethics in a work context. It can identify candidates who are less prone to be involved in counter-productive incidents and have a higher degree of work ethic and integrity than others.
The assessment measures 6 scales:

- Perseverance
- Industriousness
- Agreeableness
- Stress Tolerance
Using these scales, the report provides detail of likely risk and a break-down of specific areas of concern. The advantage of this test is that it can assess attitudes and behaviours that are difficult to elicit using other methods and is highly relevant to identify high calibre talent for selection and screening procedures.
